For Leslie Feinzaig, entrepreneurship was always deeply rooted in her family – her grandparents, father, and siblings were all self-employed. Growing up in Costa Rica, Leslie fought hard for more opportunity. Focusing on her education led her to study in London and then get accepted to Harvard Business School. She started her first business, Venture Kits, as a new mom before founding the phenomenal Female Founders Alliance. FFA started as a Facebook group meant for 25 women and grew into a 20,000-person empire. Today, passionate women at FFA gather together to help accelerate and grow female and non-binary venture capital.
