Background

Temi Alagbala is a corporate and transactional attorney supporting clients across a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture and strategic financings, joint ventures, and recapitalizations. She assists with drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, managing legal due diligence, and advising on corporate governance and securities compliance.

Temi has experience working with both public and private companies across industries, including technology, fintech, e-commerce, and digital services. She regularly advises founders, executives, and boards on capitalization structures, entity formations, governance frameworks, and transaction readiness.
