Background
With an extensive background in customer service and retail, Willow Yanarella wears multiple hats at HMLG. From wrangling Joleen Hughes’ schedule to leading HMLG’s marketing and client outreach initiatives, Willow brings extensive business operations experience to the firm.
A native Washingtonian, she’s been a Seattleite most of her life. Prior to joining HMLG, Willow obtained her BAS in International Business and developed her skills working 20+ years in retail at TJ Maxx, Mariposa, Skechers and The Seattle Team Shop and 10 years in the maritime industry.

- What I do when I’m not in the office: Willow loves to travel and thoroughly enjoys the cuisines from all over the world.
- Growing up Willow: As baby she briefly lived in a Teepee with her mom, on land that was communally owned by friends.
